Supporting Well-Being & Reducing Stress

Join us for a discussion on how holistic healthcare modalities and self-care practices can help to reduce stress and feelings of anxiety, promote calm, and encourage overall well-being.

After a brief discussion of the science of stress, you will be introduced to wellness approaches such as acupuncture, acupressure, essential oils, stone medicine, guided meditation and breathwork, and more.

There will be an opportunity for a brief Q&A, and then the session will end with a 15-minute guided meditation and breathing exercise. The basics of this exercise will be taught to you, so you can do it on your own whenever you desire relaxation and calm.

You’ll walk away from this workshop with more knowledge about how holistic approaches can support you and new tools you can use as part of your own self-care.
